Vanderbilt Open Streets and Salsa Salsa Dance Studio host a monthly Salsa Social—one of the most popular events on the Open Street—courtesy of PHNDC. On the 3rd Saturday of each month, the programming kicks off at 5PM with a free salsa lesson followed by social dancing until 9pm. 

September’s Salsa Social kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month in style with live music by Rafy Perez and LaRevancha. DJ Louie Tee kept the crowds moving as Prospect Heights residents and visitors alike danced the night way on the Ave. The final Salsa Social of the 2023 season takes place on October 21st—don’t miss it!
